Ex Prime Minister Imran Khan

Imran Khan is a Pakistani politician, former cricketer, and the current Prime Minister of Pakistan. He was born on October 5, 1952, in Lahore, Pakistan. Imran Khan is the founder and leader of the political party called Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), which he established in 1996.

Before entering politics, Imran Khan had a successful career in cricket. He captained the Pakistan national cricket team to its first-ever World Cup victory in 1992. He retired from cricket in 1992 and later focused on philanthropic and political activities.

Imran Khan entered politics with a vision to address corruption, poverty, and social inequality in Pakistan. He ran for the Prime Minister's office multiple times before his party emerged as the leading political force in the 2018 general elections. Imran Khan was sworn in as the 22nd Prime Minister of Pakistan on August 18, 2018.

As Prime Minister, Imran Khan has focused on several key issues such as economic reforms, anti-corruption measures, social welfare, and foreign policy. He has emphasized the importance of education, health, and social justice in his government's agenda. However, his tenure has also faced criticism and challenges, particularly regarding economic issues and governance.
